I receive updates automatically. I update my vci and j tool regularly. When I needed to use the tool to relearn the crank sensor on a 2000 Malibu, I couldn't decode the vin...manual worked, but couldn't communicate when trying to perform certain operations. This is a common car nothing special...I've done these tasks before on this same car and had no issues..this is happening more frequently on different types of cars...what do I do next?
